Important Fitment Notes
- This suspension system requires wide-track axles, which are standard on Rubicon, Moab, and several other JL Wrangler trims.
- Maximum wheel backspacing is 5.2" or less for 37x12.50 tires and 4.9" or less for 39x13.50 tires.
- To accommodate 39" tires, sufficient clearance at full steering lock is required between the tire and the front lower control arm. Factory JL front lower control arms may limit tire clearance in this configuration. AEV Heavy Duty Adjustable Lower Control Arms, or equivalent aftermarket front lower control arms with a high-clearance bend profile, are required to achieve proper 39" tire fitment.
- Max tire size w/ factory flares 39x13.5” on AEV 17”x8.5” 0mm offset Borah and requires use of AEV Heavy Duty lower control arms for full tire clearance/travel during steering and articulation. Larger tires, such as the common 40x13.5 will require modifications to factory fender flares, wheel liners, potentially bumpers, etc.

This AEV 4" DualSport RT Suspension System for 2018-2026 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited JL is a complete lift system engineered for maximum off-road capability while maintaining stable on-road manners and steering precision. It combines corrected geometry, matched damping, and integrated components for cohesive performance across changing terrain.
The system includes AEV's High Steer System, frequency tuned triple-rate coil springs, AEV-tuned Bilstein 5100 shock absorbers, steering damper, and geometry correction hardware. Please select the correct engine above.
