Important Fitment Notes
- Note for 2025-2026 Wrangler Owners: Certain 2025 and 2026 Jeep Wrangler (JL) and Gladiator (JT) vehicles built on or after March 24, 2025 were produced with a faulty Driver Assistance System Module (DASM) software calibration. This DASM calibration could not properly accept tire size which then caused lane departure and auto high-beam warning faults and disabled certain driver assistance features. Please see attached Customer Bulletin for instructions on how to resolve the issue from your local Stellantis dealer.
- Vehicles equipped with a manual transmission require additional programming by a local dealership to prevent clutch errors and transmission fault codes.
- The ProCal SNAP requires the factory head unit to function. It may be possible for the ProCal SNAP to work with after head units to work but it is highly unlikely.
Description
This AEV Procal Snap for 2018-2026 Jeep Wrangler JL, 2020-2026 Jeep Gladiator JT is an electronic calibration module that corrects your speedometer after installing larger tires or changing the axle or transfer case gear ratio. It also adds TPMS functionality and is compatible with all 2018+ JL Wrangler and Gladiator models, including 4xe and 392.
After installing the included Programming Harness, the module plugs into the OBDII diagnostic port and uses the factory audio equalizer for entering tire size or gear ratio values. ProCal SNAP is proudly manufactured in the USA.
