This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information obtained through our e-commerce site (www.justforjeeps.com, the “Site”), including how we handle phone numbers, SMS communications, abandoned-cart reminders, and location data.

b. SMS Abandoned-Cart Reminders
We may send SMS reminders when our system determines that you have added items to your cart but did not complete a purchase (“cart abandonment”). To detect cart abandonment, we use cookies, browser storage, or server-side plugins or scripts that track when items are added to a cart and when a cart remains inactive for a given period.

c. Opt-In and Consent for SMS
We will only send promotional or abandoned-cart SMS messages to mobile numbers that have explicitly opted in to receive such messages, in compliance with applicable laws (e.g. the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act).

d. Opt-Out / Stop SMS Messages
If you no longer wish to receive SMS messages from us, you may reply “STOP” (or follow another unsubscribe instruction provided in the message). After opt-out, we will cease sending promotional SMS messages. However, we may still send non-promotional transactional SMS messages (e.g. order status, delivery updates) as permitted by law.

3. How We Use Information

We use your information for the following purposes:
