We understand if your purchase doesn’t turn out quite how you imagined. That’s why we’ve made returning items as easy as possible. Our goal is to make sure you’re totally satisfied with every order.
How to Make a Return
We now manage returns through our Returns Portal. To begin:

Go to the Returns Portal and log in using your email and order number.
Access the Returns Portal Here -
Once logged in, follow the prompts to submit your return request.

If your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions about whether to ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, plus any other packaging details you’ll need.
Return by Mail
If for some reason you prefer to ship directly, here’s where to send your item:
Include a copy of your invoice inside the box. Please use a traceable, insurable shipping method.
Our Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Merchandise must be uninstalled, in original packaging, and in like-new condition to qualify for a refund. Just For Jeeps

Holiday orders placed between November 1 and December 23 have extended returns up to 90 days.

Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not provide free return shipping or labels.
Damaged or Defective Items

Inspect your items as soon as they arrive. If you receive anything damaged during shipping, or that’s defective, contact us at support@justforjeeps.com within 72 hours.

Used or installed merchandise cannot be returned for damage/defect claims.
