We understand if your purchase doesn’t turn out quite how you imagined. That’s why we’ve made returning items as easy as possible. Our goal is to make sure you’re totally satisfied with every order.

Introducing Redo Returns

For added peace of mind, we now offer Redo at checkout.

  • How it Works: For a small fee of $3.98 at the time of purchase, you can "opt-in" to Redo. This allows you to generate a free prepaid return shipping label through our portal for any eligible items in your order.

  • Eligibility: Redo coverage is only available for orders shipped within the contiguous 48 United States. It does not apply to freight-shipped items.

  • Standard Returns: If you choose not to purchase Redo at checkout, you can still return your items via our portal, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

International & Non-Contiguous Returns

We are happy to accept returns from customers outside the contiguous 48 states (including Alaska, Hawaii, and international locations); however, the following terms apply:

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Duties & Taxes: Just For Jeeps will not cover any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees associated with the return. These must be prepaid by the customer.

  • Tracking: We highly recommend using a traceable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit from outside the 48 states.


How to Make a Return

We manage all returns through our Returns Portal. To begin:

  1. Go to the Returns Portal and log in using your email and order number.

  2. Access the Returns Portal Here

  3. Once logged in, follow the prompts to submit your return request.

Please include a copy of your invoice inside the box and use a traceable, insurable shipping method.


Our Return Policy

  • Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Merchandise must be uninstalled, in original packaging, and in like-new condition to qualify for a refund.

  • Holiday Extension: Orders placed between November 1 and December 23 have extended returns up to 90 days.

  • Refunds: Shipping charges are not refundable. Unless you purchased the Redo option at checkout (and meet eligibility requirements), we do not provide free return shipping labels.

Damaged or Defective Items

Inspect your items as soon as they arrive. If you receive anything damaged during shipping, or that’s defective, contact us at support@justforjeeps.com within 72 hours. Note: Used or installed merchandise cannot be returned for damage/defect claims.
