Returns made within 30 days of delivery date are accepted! Merchandise must be uninstalled and in original packaging. Products must be uninstalled and in like-new condition in order to receive a refund. Please do not write directly on the box using a marker, please use a label. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not offer free return shipping or labels. Holiday orders placed November 1st through December 23rd have extended returns to 90 days

Damaged Parts?
We will not accept a return of an item that is damaged or defective if it has been used/installed. Please inspect all orders as soon as you receive them and contact within 72 hours. If the product is damaged during shipment, will replace the product at no charge.
