Important Fitment Notes
- The AEV Rear Bumper will not work with the factory spare tire mount unless an adapter is added to move the spare tire up and away from the bumper.
- Additionally, AEV’s RX Tire Carrier will only work with AEV’s Rear Bumper and is not compatible with the OE rear bumper.
Description
This AEV Rear Tire Carrier for 2018-2025 Jeep Wrangler JL is a frame-mounted spare tire carrier designed to take the stress and weight of an oversized spare wheel and tire off the tailgate. It provides a more secure mounting solution while maintaining one-handed operation.
The RX Tire Carrier carries over signature AEV features including mounting provisions for a reverse/chase light and antennas, a shovel holder behind the spare tire, an OE rear camera relocation kit, and a redesigned CHMSL third brake light. It will carry up to a 40-inch tall tire, or a 37-inch tall tire when used with the optional Fuel Caddy.
