Description
This Mopar Integrated Trailer Brake Controller Module for 2020-2025 Jeep Wrangler JL and 2020-2025 Jeep Gladiator JT is a proportional trailer brake controller that lets the driver automatically or manually activate the electronic brakes on a properly equipped trailer.
The controller and status display mount in the dashboard to the left of the steering wheel, and the included control lever can activate the trailer brakes independent of the truck's brakes. Drivers can customize the amount of brake force the trailer uses depending on load requirements.

Important Fitment Notes
- DOES NOT WORK ON 4xE MODELS
- Brake Controller can only be used with Automatic Transmission models.
- Wranglers that did not come from the factory with the Trailer Tow Option or Sales Code ADH must also order Wiring Kit 82216416AA.
- The controller switch installs in your Jeep's dash and replaces the 12 volt outlet on the left side of your Jeep's center console.
- Gladiators built on or before January 08, 2020 may require a flash/update by your local Jeep dealer for a software update to the ABS Module.
- Before ordering the Mopar Integrated Trailer Brake Module (ITBM) kit, it is necessary to check if the vehicle has both trailer brake module connectors. These connectors are located under left side of the steering column. Both connecters are 4 pin connectors. If both connecters are not present the ITBM kit cannot be added to the vehicle.
- Will NOT work with 2018-2019 JL Wranglers.
