Are your products from Jeep?
Yes, all of our Jeep parts and accessories are OEM parts that have been manufactured by Mopar. Mopar is a renowned name in the automobile parts industry and this name evokes above average, quality parts. When you install Mopar parts, you are assured on installing parts that will fit and function perfectly with your Jeep. Mopar is the automobile parts and service arm of Chrysler LLC. We do have items available that have been manufactured by companies other than Mopar and these manufacturers are listed above the price on its page.
Why are your prices so much lower than my local dealership?
Parts prices at dealerships are rarely marked down and they are occasionally marked up higher than the suggested retail price. Marking prices up is not the philosophy at Just for Jeeps. Here, we offer you at least 10 percent off retail pricing every day. In addition, you will not be charged a sales tax on your order if the delivery destination is outside of Massachusetts.
How much is shipping?
We understand that shipping charges can get expensive but we strive to keep shipping prices as low as possible. Shipping is based on a real time rate from UPS, FedEx or USPS depending on your zip code and the weight of your order. We have included a shipping calculator on our shopping cart to allow you to see shipping charges before placing your order. After adding your items to the shopping cart, simply click on the shipping calculator for your shipping charges.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we deliver our products to destinations worldwide. Please click here for more information on our international shipping policy.
What if I want a part that is not on the website?
We appreciate all site visits and if it turns out that we do not have your desired part, please contact us here and we will do our best to locate the part and add it to the website for you.
Where are you located?
We are based within a Five Star Chrysler Jeep & Dodge dealership located in Norwood, Mass., 20 minutes from Boston. The dealership has been in business for more than 75 years; if you are in the area, please stop in and say "hi!" You do have the option to pick up your order on site by selecting In-Store Pickup at checkout.
How long does it take to ship my order out?
Every effort is made to ship orders with 1-2 business days. Note that there are occasions when an order can take up to five business days before being shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please contact us if you have an order that is time sensitive before you place your order. We will do our best to accommodate you.
How do you use information collected from me?
Your information will NEVER be shared with anyone outside of our company. Your credit card information will only stay on record with us for three months before it is deleted from our systems. Your personal information is secure with us.
What is your return policy?
Products that are still in their original shipping package and not opened, installed or use can be returned with authorization approval within 30 days from the delivery date. Accessories and parts that have been installed are not returnable. Electrical parts that have been opened or installed are also not returnable. Why do you ask for my VIN at Check Out?
We use your VIN to cross check the parts on your order to make sure they will work with your Jeep and if they are also the correct color or option for your Jeep. If you supply your VIN with your order we will be able to verify the parts on your order and if for some reason the wrong part was ordered will contact you if there are any issues. Without a VIN we are unable to check the fitment of these parts which means you could receive incorrect parts causing issues and delays when you go to have them installed. The VIN is located on the lower driver's side corner of your Jeep's Windshield, the information sticker on the driver' door or door jam, or on your Jeep's Registration.
