Shipping:
90% of orders usually ship the same or next business day provided that the correct billing and shipping information is supplied, and the item is in stock. If the item is not in stock we usually are able to get it from a warehouse in less than 5 days.

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the USA. Your shipping cost will automatically compute at checkout once zip code and shipping type is selected. Shipping prices may be subject to change after checkout. We will contact you if this is the case.

If you need something faster, please call or email us and we will try and accommodate you. If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted immediately. Orders to APO, FPO, and PO Boxes will be shipped via US Postal Service.

Please allow for additional shipping and handling time for all over-sized items shipping via a freight trucking company. These items cannot be expedited.

Sales Tax:
State law requires JustForJeeps.com to collect a 6.25% sales tax for orders shipped to MA. There is no sales tax for orders shipped outside Massachusetts.

Pricing:
JustForJeeps.com strives toward being competitive and to maintain the lowest prices. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic or specification error in product, pricing or offers is subject to correction.

Credit Card & Other Payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, money order, wire transfer and check via mail.

Canceling an Order: You may cancel an order at any time prior to us processing your order by calling us at 888-651-JEEP or emailing us at support@justforjeeps.com. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once we have shipped them.

Returns & Exchanges to JustForJeeps.com:
  • Accessories and or Parts that have been installed are NOT returnable.
  • All electrical parts that have been opened or installed are NOT returnable. Installed electrical parts can only be exchanged for same item. No Exceptions!
  • Products still in their original shipping package that have not been installed or used may be returned, with authorization approval within 30 days from delivery date. Due to the holiday season, all orders shipped in November and December have until January 31st to be returned or exchanged.
  • All returns MUST include ALL hardware, accessories and installation instructions that came with the part(s) or a credit will NOT be issued for the returned part(s).
  • Please DO NOT write on return boxes with a marker, please use a label. Boxes with address written on with a marker will be charged the 20% restocking fee. No Exceptions!
  • At our discretion, there may be a 20% restocking fee on all parts and accessories returned with approval by customer service.
  • All parts returned without customer service approval are subject to a 50% restocking fee or may NOT be credited at all.
  • Shipping charges are NOT refundable to and from shipping locations.
