MOPAR ACCESSORIES

I. What Is Warranted

MOPAR Accessories, Audio Products, Electronic Accessories and Air Conditioning Systems installed on a Chrysler, Plymouth, Dodge or Jeep vehicle by an authorized Chrysler, Plymouth, Dodge or Jeep dealer are covered either by the 12-month/12,000-mile MOPAR Basic Limited Warranty, or by the remainder of the 3-year/36,000-mile New Vehicle Limited Warranty, whichever is more favorable to the customer.

II. How To Obtain MOPAR Warranty Service

Where both parts and labor are covered warranty items, repairs will be made by any Chrysler, Plymouth, Dodge or Jeep dealer at no charge using new or remanufactured components. Where parts only are covered, any Chrysler, Plymouth, Dodge or Jeep dealer will provide replacement parts at no charge. It is recommended that you take your Chrysler, Plymouth, Dodge or Jeep vehicle to your selling dealer or to the dealer who sold or installed your MOPAR part or accessory. However, you may obtain replacement parts or service under warranty from any authorized Chrysler, Plymouth, Dodge or Jeep dealer. Except in an emergency, warranty service for MOPAR Parts and Accessories may be obtained ONLY at an authorized Chrysler, Plymouth, Dodge or Jeep dealer.

III. What Is Not Covered

MOPAR warranties do not cover any non-DaimlerChrysler Motors Corporation or non-MOPAR parts, components or equipment, such as a non-MOPAR radio or speed control. These warranties also do not cover the costs of any repairs or adjustments that might be caused by or needed because of the use or installation of non-DaimlerChrysler Motors Corporation or non-MOPAR parts, equipment, materials or additives.

MOPAR warranties do not cover the costs of repairing damage or conditions caused by fire or accident; by abuse, negligence, or misuse (for example, driving over curbs, or overloading or racing the vehicle); by improper adjustment, alteration or failure to maintain the vehicle on which they are installed; or corrosion or damage caused by the use of caustic materials.

MOPAR Limited Warranties do not cover parts installed on a vehicle used for racing or competition, nor do they cover the repair of any damage or conditions caused by racing or competition.

MOPAR Limited Warranties do not cover the costs of repairing or replacing any part due to damage caused by poor or improper maintenance, contaminated fuels, or the use of fuels, oils, lubricants or fluids of a type other than those recommended in your Owner's Manual. MOPAR warranties do not cover the costs of repairing damage caused by environmental factors or Acts of God. "Environmental factors" include such items as airborne fallout, chemicals, tree sap, salt, ocean spray and road hazards. "Acts of God" include such things as hail, floods, windstorms, lightning, tornadoes, sandstorms and earthquakes.

JEEP BICYCLES

Jeep Bicycles Worldwide Warrants every Jeep Bicycle to the original owner to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period from the date of purchase of - Lifetime on rigid frames and forks and for one year on all original parts, excepting tires and tubes.

JEEP STROLLERS

Warranty Information can be found in your product's instructions. Generally, Kolcraft warrants its product to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date if purchase. If in Kolcraft's opinion the product is defective, Kolcraft will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product. The warranty for your mattress may exceed one year. Please check your mattress label to determine if the mattress has a longer warranty period.

JEEP WATCHES

The Jeep Watch company is proud of their time keeping pieces and trust the quality of their products. That is why they offer a 7 year limited warranty. Please refer to your instruction booklet for the full warranty for each type of model.

For Jeep Watch repairs, please use these guidelines to help you in receiving the best service and quickest return, should you need servicing on your Jeep Watch:

1.Package your watch in a shippable package. Take care to supply proper packaging material.

2. Ship to (please insure and track your watch):

3. Include a brief description of the problems you are having with your watch.

4. Include your return address.

5. Allow time for us to receive, inspect, replace or fix, and return you watch to you.

All Jeep products by Master Cutlery, Inc. are backed by a lifetime warranty with exceptional customer service. If for any reason, your Jeep product fails to perform, or is defective in any way, please follow direction below for warranty service. At Master Cutlery, Inc.’s option, defective unit will be repaired, replaced, or substituted with a product of equal or greater value. This warranty does not cover sheaths, batteries, accessories, imprinting or color finishes.

For warranty service, please return the product to us by an insured shipping method. Master Cutlery, Inc will not assume any responsibility for any loss or damage incurred in shipping. Please include your name, return address (no PO Boxes), daytime phone number, proof of purchase or a copy of the original receipt, and a check or money order for $6.95 for shipping and handling to:
