Returns & Exchanges

  • Accessories and or Parts that have been installed are NOT returnable.
  • All electrical parts that have been opened or installed are NOT returnable. Installed electrical parts can only be exchanged for same item. No Exceptions!
  • Products still in their original shipping package that have not been installed or used may be returned, with authorization approval within 30 days from delivery date.
  • All returns MUST include ALL hardware, accessories and installation instructions that came with the part(s) or a credit will NOT be issued for the returned part(s).
  • Please DO NOT write on return boxes with a marker, please use a label. Boxes with address written on with a marker will be charged the 20% restocking fee. No Exceptions!
  • At our discretion, there may be a 20% restocking fee on all parts and accessories returned with approval by customer service.
  • All parts returned without customer service approval are subject to a 50% restocking fee or may NOT be credited at all.
  • Shipping charges are NOT refundable to and from shipping locations.
  • Any part of your order using a Dealer Dollars certificate will receive a credit for our website.
